The health, safety & happiness of the pack, and your new dog is our primary focus.
We ask that each new owner goes through the below steps and indemnity form carefully and thoroughly and ensure that you provide correct and up-to-date information.

STEP 1 - Enroll

  • No puppies under 12 weeks.

  • Vaccinations must be up to date, including 5-in-1 booster, rabies, and kennel cough

  • Dogs older than 6 months, must be sterilised

  • Power breeds not accepted

  • Induction & Indemnity form (below) completed & submitted.

STEP 2 - Trial day

  • Dog to be dropped between 6:30-9:00 am on a pre-booked day

  • Introduced gradually to the pack, behaviour monitored.

  • If unsuitable, owner to be on hand to collect at any time.

  • There is no charge for trial day.

STEP 3 - Payment

  • Daycare packages and sleepover stays must be paid for in advance, via EFT, and POP sent, with the invoice number to info@doggosa.co.za

  • Dogs arriving without packages paid for will not be admitted.

  • Extra days outside of your package rates will be billed at R225 per day not at your daily average package rate.

STEP 4 - Drop & Pick up

  • Whatsapp our drop-&-pick hotline number when you are close to the daycare (get the number from your branch) so we can be ready for the drop/pick-up

  • Park and ensure lead is secure.

  • We will collect the dog from the car or you can bring them in.

  • Collars & leads on at all times, for safety, please.
